Weather they are or are not operating it is a concern that they are not available yet, they are trying to boost SNN numbers, there is no other reason why they are delaying the release if they are operating. You talk about time/days but that doesn't stop FR releasing flights as they chop and change them every few weeks. If they are not out by the end of the month then I don't see them operating.
We all know FR would go back to SNN and it would be down hill to an extend for ORK and NOC.
