Unfortunately a lot of pilots are in the same position! Wizz is not the only company which does not hire people above the requirements!
Check enter air in Poland where a lot of Dutch people are getting an FO position!
I speak a eastern language as well (Polish) and I can't manage to get any interviews in Poland!
Frustration is a concept that - we pilot - must be familiar with... Especially before getting your first real job in the flight deck.
If you know someone it always helps... That is the true reality!
