-EASA/JAA licence because they are Hungarian with Hungarian registered aircraft.(e.g 46 A320's from HA-LPC to HA-LWU)
This is not all correct. At this moment in Ukraine 4 aircraft are operating under Ukrainian registration: UR-WUA, B, C and D. This is the main reason why the Ukrainian passport/ license is a "must".
