I'll try not to sound like an ass so I suggest you to email them to double check…but…..do you know Ukraine IS NOT in the European Union right??
They have a bilateral cooperation but Ukrainian citizens need work permits to other EU countries,vice-versa…hence,it makes sense they point out the passport Issue.Now,the Bucharest open day was very different,they are in the EU.Common sense really,plain English….
