Overtheglobe is right,the Kiev gig is for locals only!If you missed the Romania open day,apply online and wait until fall 2014.There are only a few places left this season for low-hours and everyone who don't get interviewed now(from previous applications and Romania's open day) will have to wait to autumn anyway.
Ukraine is packed with experienced,unemployed pilots.It sounds about right that they should be given that chance first and their CAA is doing what it can to protect their market.Can't blame them,if my country had done the same,perhaps I would have been employed now...
