"The stated customer name used for this review could not be traced as a passenger name by the airline, and for reasons of authenticity we have removed the comments".
I find it rather disconcerting that an airline would divulge information about passengers to Skytrax/Airlinequality, even if the information only consists of 'We have no record of Rachel Page' on our flight. Anyone agree or is it just me?
