Just my (carefully worded) view here (and based upon a number of Mumbai/Bombay contracts as rotary skipper and sales-demo pilot) IMHO, if AW hadn't (allegedly) greased palms in the early stages of contract negotiation, I doubt they would have reached such an advanced stage...
Also IMHO.this whole business has a whiff of political interference/involvement... as Heli1 has already suggested.
