Another plane load of passengers stuck, this time in Bangkok. Replacement planes are being flown in to transport passengers to their destination. Those poor buggars who had to spen New Years in an airport motel will also have a new plane flown in.
Norwegian has no doubts about the Dreamliner though.
– Nej vi har tilltro till Dreamliner och har haft en lång period där vi varit tillfreds med vår verksamhet. Men det är klart att det som har skett nu är beklagligt och jag förstår att passagerarna är frustrerade, säger Daniel Kirchhoff.
