Fort Fumble had the starting point of fatigue management sitting in the palm of its sweaty little hand but decided to throw it all away. Why? Well Colgan was a turning point in fatigue and human factors that even awoke the sleeping ICAO beast from its slumber! The NTSB did all the investigative groundwork, and all Fort Fumble had to do was follow the play script. Plus they the additional bonus of having Ben Cook onboard the team, but they let him walk out the door after he was sick of the non support and internal pony pooh.
But don't worry, an unintentional micro sleep or fatigue induced mistake causing a smoking hole will wake up Auatralia.
