Confused about EASA Part FCL.
I've been a out of the loop recently as I haven't flown for 14 months and I'm getting confused regarding my JAR-FCL PPL(A).
Do I need to convert my licence to an EASA part FCL prior to April, or can it be done when the licence expires in August 2014?
I've also noticed that in order to apply for for an EASA licence, I must have a current and adequate language proficiency. How and where can I be assessed for this?
