A and C - Cant speak of Jet 2 but in my gaf HR do all the paperwork and the Pilot Managers select the Pilot. HR are present only to ensure the correct questions are asked eg. you'e based at XXX you live at XXX 300 miles away and you will make it work - as from experience it doesnt take long for the shine to wear off and Pilots to forget....
