unfortunately I cannot agree with you completely. Protest groups, strikes etc won`t help, because aviation is not closed proffesion, there is endless queue of wannabies and in fact almost anyone having money or rich parents can become a pilot within a year or so. Pilots are really easy replaceable, training costs nothing for airlines and there always will be someone willing to accept
T&C to get jet job, command etc. quicker than the others. I think that only EASA can somehow stop this ride to the bottom. Pilots are slaves already, our T&C in many companies is factor affecting safety. I hope that accident involving victims will not be necessary to open somebody`s eyes...
