I hope today went as well as can be expected.
I have a confession, I never met Ann-Marie and Bucket Lists aren't really my bag.
That said, I think Ann-Marie's real trick was to show how much you can get out of life, even when you are at the very fringes. Cancer is a hard disease and the treatment can be almost as bad, if not worse. Ann-Marie shone some much needed light into that dark place and showed how to go out with grace and style.
That in its self is worth a lot, so thank you from everyone in that dark place. I will certainly be thinking of Ann-Marie and her family this Christmas.
