I've never had any dealing with Proviation, but I've been following this thread with interest. It seems to me that businesses like this only get away with it because most people don't have the time and/or energy to properly pursue them when they're being ignored or have had their money taken unreasonably.
I admire Paul Kerry's tenacity in this and may it continue until such time as Proviation has had to change its practices.
