For the record, it was some flight-sim gear.
As for the other two questions - "Why the tenacity?" - I answered by saying that I tried to get him to clean up his act but my attempts fell on deaf-ears and that I hate seeing people being ripped off.
... and ... "Did you suffer negative dealings with this rogue trader?" to which I responded "Ohhhhhh yes !"
The evidence is there for all to see.
