Oh, I'm busy alright... I just happen to do a job that means that I can keep an eye on developments and respond quite quickly.
... and when (or if) negative reviews stop appearing and disappearing and the level of complaints reaches an average level rather than one in four, I'll release the pressure. Nick has been told this and I have been perfectly clear about it a number of times in this thread.
It will soon be one year since my initial dealings with Nick and I will be increasing the pressure quite soon. What I am doing to Nick right now is nothing compared to what I have done to some other companies (which shall remain nameless for now).
