Novus - you have to take this further

Novus, Paul is 100% right.

Whatever the outcome you should report the fact he removed your reasonable review to Trustpilot, especially if he asks you in any way to take the review off with free vouchers or crying the poor tale.

You might be lucky now and get your £700 back after he has stolen it for the last 8 months, but others who have never heard of Trustpilot will not be so lucky

Whatever happens your accurate poor review MUST stand as it is and not reflect what may be a now possible resolution because you were one of the few to fall upon this ridiculous review platform that is Trustpilot which allows him to hide every bad review and then bribe his customers to upgrade it...... DONT DO THIS, please!

This forum is getting a huge following now as it cannot be manipulated. Its for pilots like you and it will be read by others.

Everyone has to know there is a company out there with no morals, no care for its customers and breaks financial, moral, ethical and professional business methods.

PS: Maybe you were swayed by their claim they are backed by Trusted Shops or there site is secured with VeriSign

Its not. He has been kicked off by both. click the links to see

Want to pay by Paypal??? Not anymore, the mountains of complaints have obviously been enough for him to get kicked out of this too
