Mate, don't even consider going there unless you have massive balls + hair on your teeth and the patience of the Pope!
Being paid a month late and then not your entire salary due for the month + happens every month! Moreover, their Ops and HR folk are in total disarray to the extent that you'll be dead in the water even before you start flying.
As far as I'm aware NO South African pilot will work for that outfit again - too many got burnt and are still owed money!
Ask yourself the question: Does it make sense to bank roll a multi millionaire?
