Hi Maddie, I landed about 40 mins before you took off. The worst was over by then. I know it's difficult to fight those fears but turbulence is really nothing to worry about. Just think of it as driving a car on old Belgian cobled roads. It's rough but it doesn't break the car up, unless it's French of course
