They most certainly do not. Their ground F service barring the Concorde Lounge at T5 is probably the poorest of most mainline carriers. Think Lufthansa may offer this type of thing on F. AA do a nice service but is paid for in addition. What most BA crews do well is on arrival will hold all pax back to allow F passengers off first. At the likes of JFK and MIA for immigration, this can make a huge difference. Particularly at MIA is you get on a golf buggy !
