The object of the exercise is to catch the decision maker`s attention to the point where he/she says: yes, that one I like. Believe me, whatever you do, make it short and direct to the point. The recruiter does not want to read a book. A straight up and down CV/application/resyme with a catching design would probably take you to the next heat. Off course, you have to be qualified for the job, but that comes without saying.
