What makes an outstanding Captain
Having the ability to remember how you performed as a junior crew member, how you were encouraged or conversely berated and determining to treat those under your command the way you would have liked to be treated. In other words, remember you were once a "boggie" before you became this mythical "Outstanding Captain". Being a great "Stick and Rudder" pilot does not always translate to being a great Captain.
