WWII hangar to be saved..

The diggersaurus clears years of vegetation and general rubbish from around our WWII era hangar that we are trying to save.

All wooden truss construction and originally tarpaper roof since covered in corrugated iron.

1200 pilots learned to fly at Ashburton during WWII and this sad building is one of the very few things left of that time.
