Depends on the operator, some will just take you along on a days charter, some will do circuits with you and some will spend a few hours doing almost a mini flight test.
Even if you pass the interview check flight, you'll be doing quite a bit of ICUS first and then you'll get rechecked periodically.
My best advice is treat every flight as a learning flight, especially when you're on you're own. Concentrate on just one thing per flight, nail your height, heading, radio calls, RUDDER (you'd be surprised how many people you see that'd don't know how to use their feet
). If you do that it'll show in your flying and you'll have no worries with any future checks and it'll look favourably on you when it comes time to progression or that next job.
