By the time YYC switches to 787, we will have:
4 x A380s
8 x 787-8s
The 787 switchovers are timed to coincide with a delivery of an additional frame to the fleet. At the moment, there are 4 in the fleet, with 2 due in April, 1 in May and 1 due in June therefore completing the -8 order. Obviously the route launches have a bit of a buffer in them just in case the aircraft is delayed by the odd week from Boeing.
The 5th A380 I think is due in August which enables the IAD route to launch.
