They want you to print your own documents, same as the flight plan, load sheet, report forms, etc. Talk about tight-fisted. I always have a good laugh when the TRE (s39XXXX) asks if I printed it all out.
Still, times are tough these days so maybe give the company a break and help out wherever you can.
