Hoe do inpove the dreadful hull loss in Africa

with ever hull goes a significant number of human lives.
The regulators don'r regualte in a cosistent fashion, even the EMB that went down last week has IATA airline written on parts of the wreckage.
The IOSA multi goverment agreements are meaningless unless there is a cultural change, better infrastructure and enforced regulation would be a step in the right direstion, but even at the upper levels there is bribe taking culture and the unerring to look the other way when accients happen.
Perhaps the model of officias being changed with a change of government and their often nepotistic replacements being incompetent would be a good start.
What is happening in Africa is plain to see, and it does not tick the IOSA boxes.

IOSA / IATA is non negotiable, and every incumbent of a government position that claims to support is not negotiable.
Th weak links have to be weeded out, as does the fling culture and dreadful level of `crm were the man with the gold bars the i god, and everything that could have prevented the accident , were willfully ignored
That in a nutshell is that
