We of course heavily identify with mostly everything he says, because it rings true and many of us work in the industry. But to the average punter that doesn't work in the industry, doesn't have family that does or a close friend that does it's just more back ground noise and pollies point scoring. PR team get more press and immediately muddy the waters and deflect, confuse and defuse. What's the average Joe to think then?
Putting food on the table, paying the rent or mortgage and the success or otherwise of their favourite team rate significantly higher than the plight of Qantas unfortunately, but realistically!
