I suggest you complete the MCC and JOC before you apply and that's because you will be taken into consideration at the moment they will assess your application.
If you write that you are about to complete the MCC/JOC, sounds like a lie to me and they may not return to your application again. This is just my opinion.
On the other hand, I do not understand why are they asking for a JOC? (in case of Wizz Air)
They mentioned that is a requirement from Airbus to start the Type Rating but
why is required for the interview? They should call you for an interview and if you are successful, then go and complete it.
