If Nick is letting the business slide to this extent, he either has serious management-issues or serious cash-flow issues....or both!
Ask yourself, dear reader, how many deals must he do, at 10% to 20%gross margin, to afford to pay out that level of fees and costs, on one aborted deal.
Either there are a large number of dissatisfied, empty-handed putative customers sitting hopefully awaiting a refund /written off their cash,- OR they're turning over a large number of successful, profitable deals and this thread is only seeing that tiny percentage of trades that end badly.

IF you're owed money, post a 7 day warning NOW...then file at your local county Court IMMEDIATELY the notice expires....
