^^^^^ yes! and "expert Witness" report up to a set level(probably under £200 nowadays) but in this case, a printout of this thread with the salient features highlighted, would most certainly suffice.
Claimants should remember that the Court only needs consider "the balance of probabilities" to settle a case, whereas a Criminal case would require "proof beyond all reasonable doubt".... If the Judge decides one party is at least 51% likely to be telling the truth,that party wins the case.
