I don't think the call centre really knew what was happening
+1 on this. I phoned the call centre 4 days ago asking when the schedule would be trimmed to reflect the closure of 6 bases. The response was to give an absolute assurance that yes 6 bases were closing but not a single route would be cut, all rescheduling was done months ago and nothing more was planned.
