The complaint is the fact that LEGALLY he takes over the existing staff contracts and then starts to NEGOTIATE (defined as a two-way consultation process) to change them to the ones he wants. This he has not done. Do you have a contract ? Whatever it may say, don't you expect it to be honoured ? Or do you feel the employer can just tear it up whenever he feels like it ? That is what is happening.
