PaulKerry yes this was me posting (on a fake facebook account) it now seems its being removed as i type due to a complaint by "A TrustPilot User "lol.
Today i got a email from "Nick Ross" the managing director saying:
"Got your very poor feedback. I wish you’d told us that you hadn’t had the credit yet then I could have sorted out the problem.
I have re-issued now" (the refund)
"There’s a been a problem on orders placed in Oct with refunds- not our error but very inconvenient.
It will now credit for certain."
"Likewise I apologise for the airband antenna issue- we’re not going to bother even trying to sell these any more. Its not worth the damage to our reputation due to these delays."

it is still on the website!
The guy also owns a company called Skytec Aerospace.
