I have 2 Jeppesen flight bags and I doubt that what you want is a Jeppesen flight bag. And why are you still on paper charts? The bag you need for iPads, etc is a fair bit different.
When I used paper charts, I had 2 x 2 inch binders in a square headset bag. They went in the back of the aeroplane. I also had a 1-inch binder with maps and commonly used plates. Trip plates go in the knee board. The flight bag houses the 1 - inch binder and all the other bits and pieces. It's small enough to fit under my knees. The Jeppesen bag is too big to easily fit in the cabin with passengers.
