@lingdee i don't think its just bigd who has issues, i am sure majority of pilots apart from p2f schemers do as well.
correct me if i am wrong, but don't the cadets who are trained by the big airlines start off as second officers??
and the cadet scheme is solely aimed at the nationals, now looking at UAE and Singapore i don't think they have many se operator or even heavy turbo hence why they go into jets
