As Mr Wolfie says, the best thing for the RT practical is the CAA Safety Sense Leaflet 22 (
get it here), which contains a sample test, and a copy of CAP413. The test is all routine stuff, although make sure you know the exact format for a Pan/Mayday/relayed Mayday.
