Yeah, BTS is right best to get your experience from work. Even when you pass the course you still need to start from somewhere.

If you are really into crewing, why not write to some airlines/company whether they recurit any assistant position. It may be easlier and you can work and study at the same time. I don't know where you live but for startup generally, is easlier down south.
