I think SCoT is now Ealing Hammersmith and West London College? If so, it still does a raft of vocational and academic courses, but nothing aviation any more.
In this case, I think that it's been a re-invention of the wheel, taking advantage of some government initiatives to let them. Which shouldn't, in my opinion, take away from what looks like a really valuable initiative.
