PN re. post 18. Your escaping prisoner may be sligbtly incorrect or a different incident. I was the captain on a VC10 where one of my passengers was being sent back to his unit after a spell in the clink. He didn't want to go back, for reasons unknown, and climbed into the ceiling of the gents and fell through into the ladies. I would like to embellish the story and say that he landed on a Stn Cdr's wife enthroned, but it would be untrue.
