1 the company has always been known to be pretty shady
2 the pilot managed to save all on board but himself so what more do they need? An apology from the owner who is a total tw@t?
3 If the UK pax weren't so cheap they would have gone down the road another 10 min and flew with Alpine, who would have said "Sorry the weather is terrible, can we try again tomorrow?"
End of the day Alpine went out to pull the UK pax and unfortunatley injured pilot off a mountain
