Qantas should have been gone 25 years ago. 6 Federal government bale outs and still complaining. The world has moved on. They are an old rotting shell of an airline with an antiquated seniority system and governance. Exposed to the world with pants down. I'm sure Capt Crispy has all the answers in his next book.
