I've never known HD to be anything other than humorous…in fact one of air traffic's most amazing crazy characters. I always angled to work on 'his' watch because I knew that there would never be a dull moment with him and AC about, we simply ached with laughter at the end of the shift.
HD has endured a lot of sadness since his retirement, please don't be too harsh on him.
