Hervé Labarthe, questioned as a flight captain, is an Air France pilot who was dismissed due to professional inaptitude.
He was also convicted three times for libel by the 17th Criminal Chamber of the Paris Court. These convictions resulted in legal publications in Air & Cosmos magazine and Pilote de ligne (airline pilot). Mr. Labarthe seems to be feeding an obsessive litigation with Air France to such an extent that the website lemonde.fr has recently banned his blog.
