Life in Tong Fuk is easy if you keep on the right side of the Village chief's clan, which is not really difficult. You don't get trouble if you get on with them, they collectively own a big chunk of the village and they look after their own. Realise there is an order to things, and that being the ugly arrogant Gweilo doesn't endear. Situation Awareness and respect go a long way.
