APOLOGIES to an Air Mauritius CAPTAIN
Dear Captain,
I have been thinking to write to you to sincerely apologize but I was under exams pressure. I was embarrased by the situation I created and wanted some more distance before coming back to you. I only now realize the impact of my words on the view of the different reactions it caused.
I want to thank you for welcoming me in the cockpit and assure you that I realized that you perfectly and professionnaly handled the situation.
I can only but apologize and as soon as I get your personnal email, I'll come back to you personnaly
