They scrapped the BCPL (Basic Com Pilots License). .2. Coz they scrapped the BCPL...they decided to lower the hours to get a CPL....Was 700 now 200!. .. .3.The groundschool has got to go through an FTO ie..You cant just buy the books and sit the exams..You must register with an FTO..It doesnt matter if it is F/T or P/T!!
