Trader, there is one word in your post that hits the nail on the head -
RESPECT
This company has no respect for their employee's and they feel they have no need! As long as everyone keeps doing their job they don't care if you feel respected or not.
As far as going at LHR, I don't think he's got bad ideas - but as per a recent message from Kevin Griffiths to all the CC in the company - there has been far too many sick days recently from cabin crew apparently and they're not happy. The CC need to stop being sick
