Yes the 7% are still there and will mathematically cause another "Ueberlingen" one day, although with version 7.02 , reversals RAs might help save the day.

the parent company behaved in a less than honerable fashion by 'losing' FDR data and not cooperating with the investigation.
Interestingly in the incident I mentioned earlier , something similar occurred I was told.
