Your company in UAE must do this for you

You do not really convert your licence, you still keep your original licence and status, ie CPL.

Your company apply for you to have a "validation" to UAE.

You will need proof that your EASA licence is legal and valid, this should be possible via a letter, plus payment !!!!, to your authority.

Your medical in UA world will be an initial, (GCAA), dependent on age can be difficult to pass.

Then you will need to pass the GCAA Air Law written exam.

Lastly a flight test, which is usually combined with your company LPC/OPC.
